Had a nice relaxing day today. Some of the lovely family came round and we had home-made lasagne for tea which was nice and strawberry cheesecake that i made this morning with my two sisters. Very very tasty! :P
I watched the Diamond League (London Grand Prix)for most of the time. My favourite performances were from:
*Priscilla Lopes-Schliep in the 100m hurdles 12.52 (world leading)
*Blanka Vlasic in the high jump 2m01
*Tyson Gay 9.78 in the 100m (world leading)
